A sweet treat that you don't eat

  1. You are awesome, with way too much time on your hands!

I must admit, I've never used a diffuser or made tea using loose leaves, so it has been a learning experience for me. The extent of my tea knowledge is that I prefer tetley decaffeinated, that way I can drink it with supper and it not keep me up.

Props on being an expert tea connoisseur!

  2. There are lots of different teas out there. Herbal tea is usually caffeine free. Also, depending on the oolong tea, there is not much caffeine (the one I made has a very low level). Black tea and yerba mate tea usually are the most caffeinated. However, they still depend on your type. I highly recommend a raspberry vanilla herbal. I love Jasmine green tea at night. It's been used as a calming agent to help people sleep.

  3. Raspberry vanilla sounds delicious! I'll have to try it! The jasmine green tea may need to be added to my shopping list also. It takes me a little while to wind down at night, so it may be helpful. Where did you say you purchased your teas?

    1. I buy my loose leaf tea at Amanzi in Haywood. I had Raspberry Vanilla yesterday when I went there to escape my house. However, there is a good Jasmine green tea by Twinings of London. A lot of grocery stores carry it.
